Becoming a teacher

Art of teaching....?  I hope you might be wondering what u need to become a good teacher ? 

Guess what

Now one im the world not even a good can teach you how to teach .because its inbuilt , our soul knows how to teach because we know how to learn , and teaching is nothing but imparting tje learning ..but process of learning includes grasping ...grasping includes  making ur mind understand the topic ..which is nothing but teaching process 

Teaching is fluid it doesnt require theories , research or any complex structure , its like a water in a container , it takes shapes of the container (or the students ) 

Teaching is process of learning student's psyche 

Engaging students into the process is important its should be bi- directional relationship 

Because lets admit Both teacher and students are learners

You need to have a strong command on you subject to the extent that your students and give you a feedback by connecting your subject  with the real world .

It should be fun ..the only aim as a teacher is to grow curiosity for your subject , motivate them to learn more , to find more examples and explanation of your subject .

A student learns more from their peers in the examination hall within last 15mins than you teaching it for months ! 

Whats the loophole ? 

It is because they can connect they are driven to focus as they are concerned about the exam and not the love for the subject also they feel flawlessly grasp from their friend because of the emotional connection ..

For a teacher it becomes necessary to teach students "why to study your subject"

If you want to sustain yourself in this educational market you must foremost learn how to sell your subject to the student ..even if they dont want to ..that's the art of business ..
